¿Where Does Agave Nectar come from? ¿What is this syrup?

This product comes from the Agave, which is a plant of the Agavaceae family that is used in Mexico for many years. Agave plant is the same as that used to produce tequila. These crops are only handled with natural ingredients to ensure that our Agave nectar is 100% organic product.

The sweetness of agave is processed to retain all its natural PROPERTIES. We start by harvesting agave juice and finish with the concentration of sugars in the juice for the agave syrup, also called agave nectar.
